Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Game Reserve

After breakfast depart for the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Game Reserve, driving through rural Zululand. Arrive there at about 10 o'clock and spend the rest of the day game viewing in what must be one of Southern Africas finest game sanctuaries. Scenically beautiful, it has the "Big 5" including a large population of both Black and white Rhino. Break for lunch at one of the picnic sites before returing.

Scenic Zululand

Drive through rural Zululand, off the beaten track, and visit Mangeni Waterfalls, Bushmen Paintings at Qudeni and the incredible Nsuzi Valley to arrive at the Nkandla Forest for lunch. Spend some time bird watching and driving through the forest before returning.

Nkandla Forest

Drive to Nkandla Forest, birding en route. Spend time driving through and bird watching in the forest. Picnic at a site which has a magnificent view of the Tugela Valley.
